My client is looking for a fluent French speaking HR Officer to join their HR team.
This role will support the London head office in all matters related to HR for the Paris branch, offering guidance in all key areas of HR including policy and procedures. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for the Paris branch, identifying and anticipating people implications on business and filling positions to management level.
For this role you must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within HR from the banking sector, coupled with a deep understanding of French employment law. Fluency in both English & French is a must.
