An exciting opportunity has arisen within a small international Bank for a dynamic HR professional to assist with a maternity cover.

Your duties will be varied including:  

  • Acting as a first point of contact for employees on HR queries/processes
  • Managing the employee life cycle including new starters/references/inductions etc
  • Recruitment – liaising with agencies and coordinating interviews
  • Assisting with the administration of training needs
  • Monthly payroll processing (outsourced) – maintaining/updating all HR/payroll information
  • Overseeing all HR administration
  • Administration on staff benefits

Your experience must include:

  • Strong proven and relevant HR experience gained within a Banking/Financial Institution (including payroll admin)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Good IT skills
