A prestigious international Bank has an exciting new role to join its busy Operations area.
Your duties will include:
- Primary customer contact for international clients handling all queries/complaints etc regarding products and services
- Prospects to get more involved and develop skills in other areas within Operations
Your experience must include:
- Excellent and proven customer services skills gained within banking/financial call centre
- Fluency in Arabic (essential)
- Excellent communications skills
- Ideally good understanding of various banking products and KYC
To be considered for this role you MUST be based in the UK.
