An international Bank is seeking a conscientious addition to its busy Loans department.
Your duties will include:
- Reviewing/negotiating bi-lateral and syndicated loan documentation including LMA format facility agreements
- Handling documentation relating to secondary loan transactions (e.g. transfer certificates/trade confirmations/pricing letters) and liaising with external legal counsel
- Completing pre-drawdown checklist requirements
- Attending to post transaction issues
- Liaising with legal counsel/security agents/and other professional advisors throughout the loan documentation process
Your experience must include:
- Proven loan documentation – LMA – primary and secondary experience gained within international banking is essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Educated to degree level
