An exciting opportunity has arisen within a small prestigious international Bank for a dynamic new addition to its Real Estate team.
Your responsibilities will cover:
- Growing and managing the Structured Real Estate book – focussed on commercial developments, sourcing opportunities through contacts
- Origination, structuring, negotiating to close transactions
- Submitting credit applications – financial analysis, risk identification, financial modelling
- Developing relationships with high quality property market counterparties, valuers, lawyers etc
- Managing the book – maintaining MI and annual credit reviews
Your experience must include:
- Good and proven skills in a Relationship Management role covering a Real Estate portfolio (all sub-sectors in commercial as well as residential markets) gained within international banking
- Proven ability/track record to source opportunities and strong analysis skills
- Strong knowledge of the Real Estate Market in the UK
- Excellent presentation & communication skills with HNW clients – both written and verbal
