A prestigious international bank has an opportunity for a new Messenger to join its Operations.
Your responsibilities will cover:
- Day to day premises management and administration
- Managing all postal/courier & delivery services
- Ordering/managing stationery & office supplies
- Liaising with maintenance contractors on bank premises
- Assisting with the management/movement of the bank’s document storage boxes
Your experience must include:
- Either proven relevant Messenger experience gained within a banking/insurance/investment management environment OR a school leaver of 2024 looking for a start in facilities
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
Please note this role will be working 5 days a week in the London office.
