A prestigious international Bank is seeking a dynamic new addition to its Real Estate team.
Your duties will include:
- Developing new business (primary & secondary deals)
- Developing/maintaining business relationships with existing & prospective clients/counterparties
- Credit analysis – preparing proposals
- Monitoring business portfolio
- Leading transactions to deal completion
Your experience must include:
- Extensive proven and relevant experience in credit and loan documentation gained within banking covering a real estate portfolio
- Strong credit analysis skills
- Fluency in Chinese language is ESSENTIAL
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Degree educated
