A prestigious international Bank is seeking a conscientious receptionist to join its administration area. Your duties will cover:

  • Responsibility for reception  - assisting visitors,  supplying refreshments, keeping meeting rooms and reception area tidy  
  • Assist Customer Services team with: checking journals/statements,  escorting customers to/from the vault
  • Sort/distribute incoming mail/courier items and franking outgoing mail   
  • Arrange courier deliveries
  • Order stationery/office supplies
  • Archiving
  • Assist with translation from/to Arabic

Your experience must include:

  • Proven receptionist experience gained within a financial institution is essential
  • Fluency in Arabic is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good  IT skills-  MS Word & Excel
