An exciting opportunity has arisen for a conscientious and dynamic administrator to support this busy Credit team in a major international bank.
Your duties will be varied to include:
Supporting Senior Managers and the Credit team with general office administration as well as producing reports, arranging meetings and business trips, processing expenses etc. You will also liaise extensively with other departments including the Finance team regarding payments and budgets and provide secretarial support to a Senior Manager which will include diary management. To be considered for this role, you will have proven secretarial/administrative experience gained within banking and excellent communication skills. Strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Access) and fluency in Japanese are also essential.
