They are looking for an energetic, commercially minded and self-motivated candidate with a proven commercial/ corporate law background and transactional experience. The business is growing at a tremendous rate and you will have the opportunity to interact with senior execs and business team leaders on a regular basis. You will liaise with the international legal team based in the USA but the primary focus is European transactions.
You be considered you must be a qualified European lawyer working within a leading city law firm, bank or in house legal team. A strong background in Commercial and corporate law is a must coupled with being familiar with private syndicated loans, securitization, secured transactions and an understanding of fund administration. The role is very niche, and the successful candidate must have extensive exposure to working with loan agreements for structured products (SPVs, Distressed loans, securitization vehicles etc.).
