An exciting opportunity has arisen within a growing HR department of an international bank.

Your duties will be varied to include: 

  • Leading Learning and Development by delivering induction courses, training staff in appraisal/performance management processes, developing bespoke internal training within the bank and sourcing appropriate training suppliers externally   
  • Working with Managers to conduct Training Needs Analysis for staff to produce a bank-wide training plan
  • Acting as a Trustee for the bank’s Final Salary Pension Scheme
  • Providing general HR advice/support to employees regarding policies and procedures as well as personnel and benefits issues
  • Assisting the Head of HR with updating relevant policies and procedures including Staff Handbook, Remuneration Policy, Code of Conduct and Senior Manager Regime policies

Your experience must include:

  • Proven training experience gained within the HR department of a bank/investment management house, delivering face to face courses/producing training needs analysis etc
  • Degree educated and ideally CIPD qualified
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Ideally experienced in writing policies and procedures and pension schemes
  • Generalist HR experience
