My client is looking to hire an experienced Payroll Manager to join their HR team on a minimum 12 month FTC. This role is to initially facilitate the payroll and benefits function for the bank of approximately 200 people.
Currently the payroll is run through SD Worx and some of this is partly outsourced to them, but your role will be two fold. Firstly, you will run the staff payroll/benefits for London and secondly, the bank are looking to outsource the entire payroll and benefits function to a third party online platform. You will have full project management responsibility from origination to implementation.
To be considered for this role, strong project management experience of outsourcing payroll is essential and so is having SD Worx experience. You must also come from a financial services background.
