My client is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join their IT Infrastructure team.
You will be assisting the IT Infrastructure Manager with IT implementation of projects & policies and managing security, cyber security controls and data protection tooling. This will be coupled with performing ad-hoc IT related issues and tasks & 1st / 2nd line support.
The role will be a varied one covering all areas of IT support from networking, help desk, to cyber security. You will be working on multiple environments including Windows / Linux servers.
A solid understanding of the following is a MUST for the role:
- Network concepts including LAN, MPLS, VPNs and routing
- DHCP, DNS, group policies and Active Directory
- Knowledge of Citrix Storefront and Citrix NetScaler
- ITIL qualification or exposure to ISO9001 certification
