A lovely small European Bank is seeking an experienced HR generalist to join its busy team. Your responsibilities will cover:
- Assist with recruitment, training & development
- Develop good relationships with dept managers to provide advice/support re HR issues, company policies/procedures
- Handle procedures & contracts re any Expats
- Maintain/develop HR handbook
- HR administration
- Assist with any disciplinary / grievances
- Liaising with Head office re reporting etc.
Your experience must include:
- Proven HR generalist experience gained within a bank/investment management house
- Degree educated & at least part qualified CIPD
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
