Our client, a prestigious international finance house has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join its busy growing HR department.
Your duties will include:
- Providing HR support in a range of generalist areas and building key relationships across the business
- Being the first point of contact for employees and line managers on all HR queries
- Supporting the Head of HR with all day-to-day operational HR duties
- Supporting employee relations (e.g. grievances/disciplinaries, supporting managers with performance management etc)
- Reviewing/updating HR policies
- Assisting with recruitment activities (preparing job specs, interviewing, contracts of employment etc)
- Assisting with various HR projects
Your experience must include:
- Strong proven experience as a HR Generalist within banking/investment management/finance
- Degree educated
- Qualified/part qualified CIPD
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
