German Speaking Office Manager/ PA

A prestigious European Bank is seeking a dynamic individual to work in this varied role (Office Management duties 75%, PA duties 25%).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with the Facilities Management team ensuring all functions/tasks are documented within the SLA and completed within appropriate timeframe (tasks include premises & administration budget planning/reconciliation, annual insurance management, London branch procurement and vender management, SLA’s, BCM etc)
  • Full PA support to London office General Manager (organising business trips, arranging meetings/lunches, diary management etc)
  • Processing invoices/staff expenses

Your experience must include:

  • Strong proven office management and PA skills gained within a Bank or Investment Management house
  • Fluent German is essential
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to liaise at all levels 

Please note this role will be working hybrid – 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remotely.
