A lovely small European Bank is seeking a dynamic individual who is a very capable multi-tasker.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing full office administration and facilities assistance to the London branch
  • Liaising with suppliers/contractors
  • Managing employee onboarding/offboarding
  • Handling Health and Safety compliance
  • Coordinating office refurbishment & seating
  • Coordinating visa processes for interns
  • Maintaining data base records re training 

Your experience must include:

  • Proven relevant office management skills gained within banking/investment management/finance 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral to liaise at all levels both internally/externally to the Bank
  • Strong IT skills   

Please note this role will initially be for 12 months with potential to extend.
