A major International Bank is seeking a dynamic individual to work in a “hands on role” but also assist with managing a customer support team.
The team are responsible for providing corporate customers with quality support on dealing and various activity as well as responding to any enquiries.
This will also include data management and providing MI re customer dealings. The successful individual will have proven skills gained within international banking of delivering corporate customer support. You will also have a good understanding of banking products and KYC.
Strong PC skills and excellent communication skills both written and oral are essential. Proven staff management experience is preferred.
