A prestigious international bank is seeking a dynamic Head of HR to work in a stand-alone role.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR including developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures for the London office, managing all facilities (ensuring all systems/services used by the London office are maintained and comply with appropriate legislation) and being part of the Senior Management team. Other duties will include managing recruitment/termination/training, administration of company benefits, relocation/expats, employee relations, training/performance appraisals, preparation of various budgets/head office reporting and managing pension schemes.
To have an understanding of banking products and practices, the successful candidate will have extensive experience working as Head of HR, gained within a bank/investment management house. It is essential that you are CIPD qualified and have proven experience of managing facilities and payroll, coupled with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
