My client is looking to hire a highly experienced Payments / Treasury Operations Manager to lead the client services function within their bank. You will report directly to the Head of Client Services and be primarily responsible for customer account opening, maintenance, processing customer complaints, dealing with customer queries, coupled with being the go to person for customers online queries also.
Along with the above you will also be responsible for but not limited to identifying areas of operational risk and implementing sound controls to ensure that risks are managed effectively. Day to day people management of the team including the distribution of work & projects, attendance management, training and development.
We are looking for someone with solid operations / payment management experience from within banking along with strong SWIFT payment message processing, CHAPS, FPS and BACS. Strong knowledge of Nostro reconciliations and investigations. Intellimatch experience is a bonus.
