An International Bank is seeking a dynamic new addition to its Corporate Banking area . Your duties will include:
- Developing both existing & prospective business relationships, for new business (both primary and secondary deals)
- Credit analysis
- Monitoring syndication portfolio
- Assisting various depts internally; credit risk, loans re documentation issues & KYC with onboarding
- Supervise staff and assist with on-the-job training
Your experience must include:
- Extensive proven experience of developing syndicated lending business (negotiating credit/covenant structures, loan documentation)
- Credit analysis
- Excellent presentation & communication skills both written & oral
- Proven staff supervision/management skills
- Strong IT skills
