A conscientious individual is sought to assist in a busy Compliance department of a prestigious international Bank.

Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining internal compliance records and regulatory compliance documents
  • Advising regulatory updates to Head Office   
  • Providing administrative support on contracts and KYC  
  • Processing invoice payments
  • Arranging training sessions and maintaining training records  
  • Arranging meetings and managing departmental diary  

Your experience must include:  

  • 3-5 years proven relevant administration experience gained within banking/investment management  
  • Strong IT skills – Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral  
  • Ability to multitask

This role will initially be working 5 days a week in the London office and will then transition to hybrid – working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remotely.
